Information you provide
When you send a travel or visa inquiry, we receive the details you enter, such as your name, contact information, destination, dates, and request. Account and booking features may require additional information that you choose to provide. Please avoid sending sensitive documents through a general inquiry unless our team has asked for them through an appropriate channel.
How we use it
We use your details to respond, prepare options, manage requests and bookings, provide customer support, and meet operational or legal obligations. When needed to arrange a service, relevant details may be shared with the travel provider or other party involved in fulfilling that request.
Website storage and analytics
Essential account functions may use session storage or cookies to keep you signed in. Optional Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights are off until you allow them through Privacy settings. If allowed, page views and performance metrics help us understand usage. We exclude account and staff pages, strip query strings from page URLs, and never send form contents to analytics. Successful inquiries are counted in operational logs by service type without names or contact details. Your analytics choice is saved in your browser and can be changed using Privacy settings on any page. We do not use marketing pixels on this site.
Keeping and protecting information
We keep information for as long as needed to manage the service and applicable record obligations, then remove it under our operational processes. Access to customer and staff records is restricted to authorized users. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
Questions and requests
You can contact us to ask about the information we hold, request a correction or deletion where applicable, or raise a privacy concern. We will review your request in light of the service and legal records we must maintain.
